Return Policy

At Ashish Health Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return policy carefully:

1. Returns & Exchanges You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened health supplements, personal care items, and used skin care products cannot be returned unless they were received damaged.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
